Methods In total 14 patients with glottic cancer treated with partial laryngectomy , their larynx function was reconstructed respectively using the single pedicle sternohyoid muscle flaps ( 3 cases ), the double pedicle sternohyoid muscle flaps ( 10 cases ) and the epiglottic flap ( 1 case ) .
